　　国境边境云来市，卧底林凯（黄轩 饰）在随老迈程毅（王砚辉 饰）买卖时，遭到缉毒警突袭。危机时辰，林凯救下对方估客，随后一路被挟持到金三角，来到了狡猾狠毒的毒枭老鹰（段奕宏 饰）的巢穴。老鹰大发雷霆，派儿子和林凯回到云来市，要查清究竟是谁吞了自己的钱和货。几番比武事后，林凯占据自动，要求老鹰将大中华地域的经营权交给自己，实则是为了更进一步接近老鹰，以将这群犯罪份子一网打尽。从走出警校那一天，他便将自己的人命交给了国家和群众，所以必须抛弃本来的身份，以毒贩的嘴脸在这个罪行横生的天下穿行。
