◎简　　介
　　月夜行舟，幽谧鬼魅，美国作家克里斯托福（Billy Drago 比利?德拉高 饰）随船行驶于漂着浮尸的河中，去那忌讳小岛寻觅他失散的爱人小桃（美知枝 饰）。他曾与小桃约定带她同回美国，然遍寻不见爱人踪影，却从一面庞丑陋的妓女（工藤夕贵 饰）处得知小桃已经灭亡的凶讯。                                       
                                    欣喜若狂的克里斯托福请求妓女报告小桃灭亡的经过和缘由，妓女则将这一切及自己的身世娓娓道来。他不竭指出女人论述中的子虚，一次次反复，逐步逼近究竟真相，也将他和终极可骇进一步拉近……
