简　　介  

　　已经号称“柔道小金刚”的司徒宝（古天乐饰），曾是一位高手，现在放弃了柔道，已沉溺成债权缠身、嗜赌酗酒的出错混混。
　　新一届的柔道冠军Tony（郭富城饰）慕名而来，直指司徒宝应战，试图一较高低。宿敌辣手李阿刚（梁家辉饰）又因昔时一场未完的角逐，也找上门来要和司徒宝决一牝牡。
　　成果Tony和司徒宝成为好友，台湾来的靓女小梦（应采儿饰）一心想当歌星，却险遭暗害，为实现理想屡吃尽苦头的也希望司徒宝能重燃斗志，但真正令其发奋的却是年教员傅（卢海鹏饰）的战死。
　　究竟是有什么隐痛让司徒宝自甘沉溺？重寻对柔道信心和酷爱的他，能否可以打败对手？
