◎简　　介

　　我国南派拳术源远流长，其中咏春拳身在佛山的传人梁赞（梁家仁 饰）精通医术，为人仗义，乡下有口皆碑。梁赞有徒肥春（洪金宝 饰），性情浑厚常受人玩弄。肥春好友找钱华（卡萨伐 饰）在莫记银号担任出纳，平常好打抱不服。是日，一伙江洋暴徒来到佛山，与莫记老板莫老庆讨论，一干强盗为掠取权利，筹划杀死镇长，却恰好为找钱华偷听到。找钱华向镇长报信，不意被莫老庆一伙发觉，扳连老母身亡，找钱华本人身负重伤，幸有肥春搭救。莫老庆担忧梁赞脱手阻止，有所顾忌，而找钱华为报仇在肥春的帮助下拜梁赞为师，苦学咏春欲一雪深仇，正邪交锋行将展开……
